As Manager for Mobile and Consumer research, Krista leads IDC Canada's research in these domains including mobile phones, tablets, BYOD, Managed Mobility, the Internet of Things, and consumer communications. Krista forecasts the size of the phone and tablet markets for Canada, following trends, new products, and vendor strategies. In this role, she works closely with industry contacts, vendors and IDC analysts around the world to provide in-depth insight and analysis on mobility, while providing a unique Canadian perspective.
Krista is a source of commentary on Canadian tech news and trends to the mass media, and a frequent speaker at events across the country.
Krista holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University, and an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University. She graduated from both her MBA and BBA with distinction.
