John Davies joined IONA in 2006 as Technical
Strategist, EMEA. Prior to joining IONAhe
served as Global Chief Technical Architect
for Prime Brokerage at JP Morgan Chase from 2004 to 2006. He has over
20 years experience in investment banking and 25
years in IT, mostly as a consultant.
John has co-authored several books on Java
and J2EE, including Learning Tree's distributed
Java course and is a regular speaker across the IT
and Financial Services sector. Over the
years, John has held more than one IT managerial
role in banks such as JP Morgan & BNP
Paribas.
Additionally, John is aco-founder and Technical
Director of C24, which was founded in 2000 and
produces an innovative object-based SWIFT integration
product, which supports many Financial Services
messaging standards. |
