We aim to enhance lives by accelerating access to uncompromised technology for everyone, anywhere in the world through accessibility, connectivity, and education. Intel also invests in local companies and works with industry partners to further expand the use of technology in order to support social and economic advancement.

Documents cost a lot of money: Every organisation in the current climate is trying to increase revenues whilst reducing costs and enhancing productivity. There is one area of spend which is not under control and is not measured. It is our experience, endorsed by consultants, that document costs are significant and, more importantly, often not measured in an organisation. Document costs are between 5%-15% of an organisation’s revenue with 17%-25% of that cost directly related to document output.
Many organisations do not know the cost of documents in their organisations: This means, therefore, that they cannot even begin to reduce and control their document cost. Xerox Global Services establish a baseline for document spend from which we drive significant savings. In the office environment alone for example we are able to cut document management costs by around 25%.
Documents are critical to many business processes: Think of almost any business process (billing, customer communications) and you will find that documents are involved somewhere – whether paper or electronic. In some processes documents are of critical importance, for example, customer application forms. Xerox Global Services is able to improve documents in the business process, thereby making the process more efficient and effective. Via our range of document outsourcing services we are also able to manage that process for you too.
