Jeffrey Wills Assistant Director Enterprise Records & Information Management Forest Research Institute Inc
Jeffrey Wills, PMP, is Assistant Director of Enterprise Records & Information Management at Forest Research Institute, a Subsidiary of Forest Laboratories, Inc. He is responsible for the Company’s Office of RIM Compliance, including the development, implementation, and management of policies and procedures, retention rules, training, compliance, and support aspects. In addition to managing the Office of RIM Compliance, he was responsible for several content management solution implementations at Forest. His specialties are content / records management, project / program management, solution delivery and program development. Prior to Forest, he worked as a management consultant implementing Information Technology solutions for Research & Development functions within the Pharmaceutical Industry.
