The more than 100 page FCC document outlines the FCC's plans to deal with the key issues surrounding the net neutrality debate. The Notice is an extraordinarily important document as the proposed rules have the potential to fundamentally alter the United States' fixed and mobile broadband landscape in many key areas. This document attempts to bring focus on the areas that IDC believes will have the greatest impact.
