Abstract 

This IDC flash report reviews the Interactive Intelligence (ININ) Interaction Mobilize, which is a platform that enables companies to write their own mobile apps and host on this new platform. While businesses try to do more to enhance customer experience, ININ play is to deliver a platform to enable transformation. These capabilities are bolt on to its core CIC 4.0 capabilities and deployed in a private cloud. Over time the plan is to give customers the options for premise-based solutions and eventually incorporate into a Communications as a Service (CaaS).
