This IDC study is intended for partners to compare themselves with their peers and for vendors to better understand the outlook of the Canadian channel. In 1Q15, IDC Canada and Computer Dealer News (CDN) jointly conducted a Web-based survey to understand the impact cloud is having on channel partners across Canada.
"Heading into cloud isn't necessarily going to garner a channel partner improved revenue," says David Senf, vice president, Infrastructure Solutions at IDC Canada. "There are seven key factors IDC identified that successful channel partners observed in addition to adding cloud to their revenue mix, as outlined in this study."
