Abstract

This IDC study shows the results of the EMEA WAN Manager Survey 2011. Specifically, it highlights the views of German respondents.

"Research suggests that unified communications is well established within the German market with a number of respondents already utilizing UC, while others plan to deploy solutions in the next 12 months. UC is no longer an important technology issue in terms of deployment, but rather a central element of communications strategy," said Ariane Mackenzie, research manager, German Enterprise Communications.
