This IDC study presents the profiles of 24 consulting companies, systems integrators, and digital agencies and their activities in Europe based on in-depth interviews. It is part of a large project aiming to understand the supply side of the digital transformation services market.
"The service provider landscape has seen vendors with capabilities in human-centric design, business consulting, and relevant technologies needed to help clients thrive in the digital economy and in their digital transformation," said Mette Ahorlu, research director, IDC European Services Group. "However, the different approaches have consequences for the outcomes as one type of approach will dominate even if the organization has all types of consequences. Thus clients should be open-minded while investigating the vendor landscape, and should be clear about what they want to achieve."
