This IDC PeerScape examines three examples of production solutions that have risen to the challenge, going beyond proofs of concept (POCs) to successful deployment on an industrial scale. The cases occurred in industries — pulp and paper, air and space, food and beverage — that are poised to gain significantly from AI- and ML-based solutions. Our focus is on innovation and the added value that industrial users can gain from such solutions.
