IDC brought together its mobile analysts from around the world in Barcelona in February 2012 to present at a pre-MWC brunch with clients. The presentations included the multiple perspectives that IDC brings to the table on the future of the mobile industry as well as its relative positioning in the broader ICT environment. The trends discussed are worldwide and relating to devices, applications, services, M2M, mobile infrastructure and network operations and analytics.
Presenters were from the European and U.S. Telecom and networking teams: Francisco Jeronimo, William Stofega, Scott Ellison, John Delaney, Nick McQuire, Carrie MacGillivray, John M Byrne and Deb Osswald and the event was chaired by Chris Lewis, Mark Winther and Courtney Munroe.
