Managed services and outsourcing play a key role in any organisation's ICT landscape. Today, most organisations outsource or rely on an external service provider for some of their IT- and communications-related services.
Due to the market's ever-changing needs, a vast array of managed services and outsourcing solutions have emerged over the past 12 months. What are the features and benefits to look out for?
