Susan Kevorkian

Team: Consumer Markets
Susan Kevorkian is a program director with IDC's Digital Marketplace group. In this role, Ms. Kevorkian manages the Digital Marketplace: Mobile Media and Entertainment program, and conducts research on how content companies, service providers, connected device vendors and consumers engage across the mobile ecosystem. This includes sizing worldwide markets for mobile entertainment services delivered to handsets, including mobile commercial TV/video services, games, full-track music, ringtones, and ringback tones, and for connected consumer electronics devices and related services, including ebook readers, connected portable media players, connected portable navigation devices and mobile devices.

Ms. Kevorkian has been quoted in a variety of publications, including Billboard, The New York Times, and The Wall Street Journal, and has been featured on CBS and CNBC TV programs. She is also a two-time recipient of IDC's Research Quality Award.

Prior to joining IDC, Ms. Kevorkian worked in various capacities for Borders Books and Music, MarchFirst, and Salon.com. She attended Thunderbird School of Global Management where she completed a Masters of Business Administration in International Management. She also holds a B.A. in history and French from Washington University in Saint Louis.
