In this transversal group role, Iseult Bottoni is responsible for the Systems and Infrastructure Tracker's online delivery (PC, server, workstation, thin client, and storage trackers). Her role involves driving integrated delivery solutions across technologies, directing product development to provide and expand data analysis and presentation tools for clients, and integrating extended research coverage. As the key contact for EMEA-wide clients she manages extensive training for clients, and works with clients on the customization of deliverables.

Ms. Bottoni works with the respective IDC research heads, product managers, account managers, and development and support teams on product planning, operations, and process management for the EMEA SIS Tracker's online delivery platform.

Prior to joining IDC as a research analyst, Ms. Bottoni worked in design on both a freelance and partnership basis. She has a BA (honors) degree in industrial (product) design from Manchester University.
