Anders Elbak
Research Manager, IDC Nordic

Anders Elbak joined IDC in 1997, and initially was assigned to several different research projects and topics, including the Danish telemarket and IDC's Internet Commerce Market Model (ICMM), which gave him a broad knowledge of IDC research coverage. Since 1998, he has been working as part of IDC's EMEA PC Tracker team and is responsible for the three Scandinavian countries. Besides the quarterly tracking of the PC markets, he also covers related markets.

In addition, he has been responsible for several end-user studies in the consumer market as well as business research. He has project managed everything in the process, from the initial composition of the questionnaires to presenting the results both as a study and to the client.

He has a BA in business administration and general economics and an MSc in market research and strategic planning from Copenhagen Business School.
