As Research and Consulting Manager for the Enterprise and Telecommunications Markets, Alejandra Mendoza is responsible for securing the development, execution and delivery of the standard and customized projects in IDC Mexico. At the same time, Miss Mendoza is in charge of securing the success of both business units, taking care of aspects such as operational efficiency, financial viability of every project and the development of new business.

Miss Mendoza collaborates with IDC Mexico since the year 2005, where she has worked as Telecom Services Senior Analyst, IT Services Market Senior Consultant, Operations Manager and Senior Consultant.

With an experience of 13 years in the research, analysis and consultancy of IT related Markets, Miss Mendoza was responsible for the Market Intelligence area in gedas Mexico (today T-Systems). As well, Miss Mendoza worked with Select-IDC and Select making research for the printers, print servers and IT Services markets.

She has a Masters in Science degree in Science and Technology Studies by the University of Edinburgh in the United Kingdom. Through this degree she made analysis on the socioeconomic and management related topics of the use and development of IT products and services. She holds a post-graduate diploma in Dynamic Econometric Models and a bachelors degree on Economics by the Intstituto Teconológico Autonomo de México.
