Director Research Latin America
Diego Anesini serves as Research Director, Infrastructure for IDC Latin America, covering enterprise hardware technologies, telecom hardware and services, enterprise mobility and Internet of Things (IoT). Prior to this position, Diego held various roles in the company. The most recent was as Telecom Manager for Latin America and Brazil. He has extensive experience in the Telecom and IT markets, due to his more than 18 years in the industry.
Mr. Anesini’s areas of expertise include Telecommunications and Data Center Services, IP Telephony, Virtual Private Networks, Enterprise Networks and Carrier Equipment, Network Security Solutions, Managed Services, Enterprise Mobility, Internet of Things etc.
Prior to joining IDC, he worked for 6 years as an Account Manager for Comsat International. In this role, he worked both for Wholesale (Carriers, ISP, Public Services Cooperatives, etc.) and Enterprise Customers.
Previously, he worked for 2 years as a marketing analyst, also for Comsat International, supporting the commercial department, creating and managing customer proposals standards.

Mr. Anesini holds a BA in Marketing from Universidad Argentina de la Empresa (UADE), Argentina, and he is concluding a Master’s Degree in Market, Media & Public Opinion Research in Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales (UCES), Argentina.
