Natalie Wan is a Senior Research Manager in IDC's Asia/Pacific Services Research Group, based in Hong Kong. Her primary responsibilities is developing market analysis and intelligence for the IT Services Tracker and Continuous Intelligence Service by working closely with both in-country analysts and regional domain analysts. In addition, Natalie develops and maintains region-wide databases for the Services group in the Asia/Pacific region and also acts as a mentor in research execution.
Natalie has more than 14 years of experience in the research space. Prior to joining IDC, she spent 10 years at Hong Kong Productivity Council where her areas of specialization were IT research, consultancy projects as well as industry promotion programs. She managed both qualitative and quantitative projects including focus group discussions, executive interviews, statistical and market analysis, case studies and large-scale surveys.
Natalie holds a BA (Hons.) in Business Studies from the City University of Hong Kong.
