Tarun Bhasin is Research Manager, Servers for the Infrastructure Solutions research team. The Canadian Server Tracker is the premier tool for analyzing the Canadian server market, with the most accurate and timely information on changes, trends, and activities taking place. Tarun uses both demand side and supply side inputs to provide market sizing, trends analysis and forecasts for the Canadian server market. He also manages the Virtualization Tracker Program in Canada. The Virtualization Tracker provides a consolidated view of the virtualization market in Canada, from both a hardware and a software perspective.

Tarun also supports his clients through custom research and consulting projects.

Prior to joining IDC Canada, Tarun Bhasin spent over 4 years as a Senior Product Manager with a leading Canadian manufacturer of technology products. Tarun has also spent 3 years working in various sales and operation roles for a consumer bank in India.

Tarun has an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) with Honors from the University of Delhi.
