Mukesh Dialani serves as Research Director, BPO and Engineering Services and is part of IDC's worldwide offshore services research team. Mr. Dialani is responsible for IDC's Worldwide BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) program with a focus on procurement, finance and accounting, and R&D/product engineering services. He supports a virtual team of global analysts that provide regional research on BPO as part of this program. Key responsibilities include providing competitive analysis of 3rd-party BPO providers, including global, local and offshore players; assessing the potential opportunities within these markets; and offering strategic advice and customer support in helping customers optimize their business opportunities.

Mr. Dialani has more than a decade of experience in the IT industry. His professional background includes working for India-based companies that include Patni and Redington India Limited as well as global vendors including Compaq.

Mr. Dialani graduated cum laude from the F.W. Olin School of Business at Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts. He received his Bachelor of Science (Technology) degree in Power Electronics from Mumbai University, India.
