Evelin Stoev joined IDC in October 2007 and conducts research on the Bulgarian hardcopy devices and IT services markets. He also participates in consulting projects.

Prior to joining IDC, Stoev worked as editor-in-chief of PC World Bulgaria from 2003 to 2006, and as editor of the hardware section of Computerworld. A recognized hardware expert, he possesses comprehensive knowledge of the Bulgarian IT industry.

Stoev has a master's in applied geophysics from the Mining and Geological University in Sofia, Bulgaria, and a degree from the Moscow Institute of Management.
