As a Program Manager, Cesar is responsible for the overall planning, execution, and monitoring of the research and consulting activities for Software division in IDC Latin America. Among his manager activities are included business unit strategy definition, process planning, design, and standardization, customer satisfaction control, lead generation, and several other business development activities. He is in charge of the relationship management for top IDC Latin America customers. Prior to this role, he was responsible of the Application Development and Deployment software market as Senior Analyst.

He has participated in seminars and conferences across the region as chairman and keynote speaker in English and Spanish to large business audiences on IT topics. In addition, he is frequently quoted in various publications and media among the region.

Cesar has 10 years of experience in the Latin America IT market. Prior joining IDC, he has worked for Nuevo Mundo Viajes where he worked as developer team leader. His business experience has also reached the areas of IT, logistics, production, planning, marketing, sales and management, in both private and public institutions.

He holds a diploma on Systems Engineering and Project Management in Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas. In addition, he has IT project management and Microsoft technologies certification.

He has join in important IT projects for both local and international organizations such as Lan Airlines, Superintendencia Nacional de Administración Tributaria (SUNAT), Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, Amadeus, Sabre, Quadrem, Minera Yanacocha, among others.

He has fluent in English, and has knowledge of Portuguese and Italian.
