Joey Yen is a Research Manager in IDC Taiwan PC & Peripherals Research Group, based in Taipei. Her research fields cover Mobile devices, PC (Personal Computing: Desktop & Notebook), Inkjet printers and MFPs. She is responsible for providing market analysis and forecasts for these markets, and also initiates and supports various customized research projects. 

 

Joey Yen has more than ten years of working experience in IT industry, she receives valuable experiences from the Optical Electronics, Telecommunication and Consulting industries prior to joining IDC. She had served at ITRI, a leading research and development institute in Taiwan, as an industry analyst, and also a marketing and business development role in the Optical Electronics Lab.

 

Joey Yen holds a MBA degree from the University of Houston, Texas, USA.
