Zuzana Kovacova conducts primary and secondary research into the IT services and business solutions markets in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. She contributes to both annual and custom studies as well as quarterly trackers and is also involved in consulting projects.

Prior to joining IDC, she worked in various research and consulting positions with TELECOM & Management SudParis, AXA Investment Managers in Paris, Dexia Bank Slovakia, and University of Zilina in Slovakia. Focusing systematically on service quality management and measurement, Ms. Kovacova has extensive experience in all stages of market research, including methodology creation, data collection, analysis, and presentation of results to both business and academic audiences. She has authored and co-authored a number of research papers for international conferences.

Kovacova holds a Master’s degree in Information and Management Systems from the University of Zilina, Slovakia.

In addition to her native Slovak, she speaks English and French.
