Ridhi Sawhney is a Research Manager with the IDC Asia/Pacific Software Group. Based in Bangalore, Ridhi is involved in research covering content management and information management & analytics markets in Asia/Pacific (excluding Japan) among other software markets. In her role, she spearheads the tracker program for content management and works closely with country-based analysts to identify key trends in the region. Ridhi's role also includes producing market analysis reports that covers revenue performance analysis, competitive profiling and forecast analysis.

Prior to joining IDC, Ridhi was with Oracle for two years as a Strategic Business Consultant. During her tenure there, she received a “Most Valuable” player award in recognition of her performance for contributing to revenue targets through the development of new opportunities and providing analytics to help sales efforts as well as developing relationships with customers in India for global accounts.

Ridhi holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Application and an MBA from Bangalore University, India.
