João Bruder has been a telecom analyst since early 2009, doing market research and consulting projects.
Responsible for the semiannual network equipment, IP Telephony and the security appliances studies, he also participated in several consulting projects, including demand & supply side research, lead generation, competitive & positioning analysis, maturity analysis, among others. Also gives speeches, moderates panels of discussions, gives interviews to journalists, etc.
João has a bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, a post graduation in Business Administration and a Masters degree by the American College Dublin, Ireland – his thesis was about the adoption of new technologies. He is a native Portuguese speaker, fluent in English and intermediate in Spanish.
Prior to IDC, João was an Outsourcing Coordinator for TABS Brasil, an Israeli multinational with presence in over 60 countries that provides Telecom Expenses Management, interacting with managers from contracting companies aiming at identifying new needs and fine tuning the reports arranged.
