Adlina Mohd Adnan is a Market Analyst with IDC’s Asia/Pacific Client Devices Group. Based in Singapore, she is involved in building IDC's successful research tracker programs and producing core market data used across all of IDC's Asia/Pacific research reports and consulting projects.
Adlina is part of a team that tracks and analyzes the LCD monitor market for the Asia/Pacific excluding Japan (APEJ) region. Along with this role, Adlina is also responsible for research projects for Singapore's personal systems tracker which includes both notebook and desktop market.
Prior to joining IDC, Adlina was with Maybank, Malaysia as a Sales Administrator. Her main responsibility was to track and analyze leads in Peninsular Malaysia for the Cash Management department, Business Center, Trade & Finance department, and Sales & Services Centers. The results of her analysis enabled the bank to determine which promotional campaigns and channels were successful and why they worked so that the bank could refine future initiatives to better target their customer base.
Adlina holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science (majoring in Pure Mathematics) from The University of Adelaide, Australia.
