Country Manager, IDC Bulgaria

Neli Vacheva joined IDC Bulgaria in December 2005. As a country manager, she is responsible for the company's Bulgarian business development, covering software, IT security, and telecoms markets.

Vacheva has more than 20 years of experience in the area of IT. Before joining IDC, she worked as an editor in chief of PC World magazine and on various managerial positions in Bulgaria's software industry. She has conducted numerous IT market studies covering a wide range of technologies and has extensive knowledge of the Bulgarian ICT market.

Vacheva holds a master’s degree from Technical University in Sofia and a diploma in management from Open University, U.K. In addition to her native Bulgarian, she speaks English and Russian.
