Sherlin Pang is a Senior Research Manager with IDC's Asia/Pacific Communications group. Based in Singapore, she is responsible for all communications research covering telecom service provider's business strategies across the Asia Pacific region. Sherlin focuses on telecom operator strategies in the Asia Pacific region, including fixed line telecom services and competitive analysis across telcos.

Prior to joining IDC, Sherlin was a Research Manager with IDA, where she managed the household telecommunication surveys.  Before IDA, Sherlin worked at SingTel, taking on a product management role in corporate internet, as well as a business analysis role, in which she tracked key performance indicators and coordinated business budgets for the business group.

Sherlin graduated with a Master of Science degree in Social Research Methods from the London School of Economics, England. She also holds a degree in Economics from the National University of Singapore.
