Mattias Johansson is a Principal for IDC Corporate Advisory with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and other financial advisory services in the Nordic region. In this role, Mr. Johansson is responsible for providing advisory services to publicly listed and private companies regarding funding strategies, IPO preparations, valuations, acquisitions and divestments.
Prior to joining IDC in 2010, Mr. Johansson has 16 years corporate finance experience from Scandinavian investment banks and M&A boutiques. Mr.. Johansson has primarily been based in Stockholm, but has spent a couple of years working for Handelsbanken and Danske Bank in London and New York, respectively.
Mr. Johansson holds a Master of Science degree in Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics.
