Sean Li is a Senior Market Analyst at IDC China's Services and Telecommunications Research Group. Based in Beijing, his research focus is on the telecommunications market and communication solutions in vertical industries. He also provides counsel on related products and services, such as fixed-line services and value-added services. In his role, Sean is tasked with the management of consulting projects, including project planning and execution, data analysis, and report writing for the China market.

Sean has an in-depth knowledge of telecommunication solutions and applications in vertical industries. Prior to joining IDC, he was an Industry Solution Manager in the Key Accounts Department of China Mobile Communications Corporation, where he was responsible for specifying telecommunication solutions for the  energy/resource and government sectors.

Sean holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Technology from Jilin University, China.
