In his previous role as the market analyst for Imaging, Printing, and Document Solution team, he was responsible for Printer Consumables quarterly tracker for Indonesia and Malaysia, as well as Large format printer and projector quarterly tracker for Indonesia. As part of the international IDC team, Muhammad coordinates and collaborates with regional and country IDC analysts, and participates and contributes to both local and regional consulting projects including online game market analysis and forecast.

Prior to joining IDC, Ikhwan worked at the marketing department in Sunway Education Sdn Bhd.

Ikhwan graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Commerce, specializing in Marketing and E-Business at Monash University.
