Suzanne is an Associate Market Analyst from the Infrastructure group for IDC A/NZ. Her research portfolio focuses on laser single-function printer, serial dot matrix and large format printers. She also focuses on the tablets and eReaders market and is responsible for tracking, analysing and forecasting the direction of the A/NZ market.

Prior to joining IDC, Suzanne worked in retail where she specialised in customer service.

Suzanne graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Business and Commerce degree majoring in Economics and Econometrics & Business Statistics.
