Jennifer Ren is a market analyst at IDC’s China Enterprise System and Software Research Group. In her role, she conducts desk and field research, data collection, analysis, modeling and forecasting of China enterprise storage systems market, and focuses on market trends, industry characteristics, vendor strategies, and channel promotion. The projects she is responsible of include China Quarterly Disk Storage Systems Tracker and China Semi-annual Tape Drive/Automation Market research. She is also involved in some customized and consulting projects.

Prior to joining IDC, Jennifer was a market specialist with YBM, a famous Korean education company, where she worked on developing Microsoft Office Certificate program in north China market.

Jennifer holds a master degree in International Business Administration and a bachelor degree in Food Science and Engineering from South China University of Technology.
