Zhadra Sagitova joined IDC's Central Asian office in Kazakhstan in May 2012 as an associate research analyst. She participates in IDC's regular research, analysis, and forecasting activities in Central Asia, as well as in custom research projects.

Prior to joining IDC, Sagitova worked as a content manager with Hilti Kazakhstan and as an assistant IT specialist with Caspi Meruerty Operating Company B.V.

Sagitova received a B.Sc. in computing systems and software from Suleyman Demirel University and an M.Sc. in information technology management from Staffordshire University. She is fluent in Kazakh, Russian, and English.
