As senior market analyst for IDC China, Neo Zheng is responsible for research on the projector, monitor, and smart TV markets in China. His duties include market analyses and research, including project designing, data analysis, report writing, and presentation, as well as related consulting projects. Neo is in charge of IDC's China Quarterly Projector Tracker, IDC’s China Quarterly PC Monitor Tracker, and IDC’s China Monthly PC Monitor Tracker, among others. Neo is also in charge of customized consulting projects and advices for renowned domestic and overseas IT enterprises.
Neo already had five years of working experience in the consulting Industry before he joined IDC. He worked for Sinotrust International Information Consulting (Beijing) Co. Ltd., with focus on industry scanning research, corporate credit diagnosis, industry market-entry research, competitor research analysis, and database consulting, among others. He provided professional services to many Fortune 500 companies, including Dell, HP, Morgan Stanley, Mizuho Bank, Cisco, IBM, Siemens, Bain, KME, and Staples, to name a few. The high level of recognition he received from customers has helped him accumulate vast experience in terms of customer relationships and project management ability.
Neo graduated from the Beijing Information Science and Technology University with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
