This IDC study forecasts the worldwide revenue for the social view market for the 2015–2019 period. The social view market includes customer experience (CX), workforce transformation, business networks, and commerce.
"The ability to link customer experience (CX), workforce transformation, business networks, and commerce together is at the epicenter of competitive differentiation, and technology is at the core of the linkages," says Vanessa Thompson, research vice president for IDC's Collaboration and Communities program. "However, it is far from adding new software, automating processes, and learning new workflows. The changes are more fundamental to the existence of a business."
