This IDC study explores the approaches taken by four CIOs in the finance, airline, and IT services sectors. Each of these IT leaders oversees a highly successful and continually evolving talent management strategy that focuses on both new recruits and veteran employees. Their success is evidenced by low turnover rates, high levels of employee engagement and, perhaps most importantly, the agile rollout of highly successful digital offerings that are new sources of revenue for their businesses.
