Abstract
This IDC Survey Spotlight explores data from IDC's June 2023 State of Content Services Survey, identifying the demand for headless versus turnkey deployments for content services solutions (see also State of Content Services: Content Services Investment Plans, IDC #US51122223, August 2023). IDC's Enterprise Content and Knowledge Management Services team conducted a survey of 714 IT decision-makers in North America to explore the current state of content services as well as future plans, including views about generative AI and the Unified Content Model. This IDC Survey examines current investment plans for different configurations and the impact of developer resources when making those decisions.
