New IDC MarketScape Shows Buyers Critical of Consulting Providers' Ability to Leverage Digital to Improve Customer Service, Visual Design, and Consumability

FRAMINGHAM, Mass., March 13, 2015 – International Data Corporation (IDC) has published a new MarketScape report profiling and positioning the leading vendors in the worldwide digital enterprise strategy consulting services market. A significant and key component of this evaluation is the inclusion of business consulting buyers' perception of both the key characteristics and the capabilities of these consulting providers.
