·     EMEA Network Life-Cycle Services, in which a team of analysts from both the networking/telco and professional services groups tracks the market for network-related consulting and integration, managed network services, and maintenance services for both the enterprise and service provider markets. It also includes coverage of hosted IP voice and managed mobility services.

Barnard is the author of numerous white papers and trade press articles on convergence, IP telephony, ebusiness, infrastructure, and networking strategies. He also contributed a chapter to a book, "Making e-Business Deliver," published by the Confederation of British Industry in 2000.
