Over the past five years, Ingle has researched technologies and improved processes to reduce resource use through better use of IT. Initially looking at equipment end-of-life and the datacenter, he has moved on to look at the software and services that are needed to reduce energy use. He has advised on IT policy and procurement to promote sustainability.
