As the world is moving into next normal, hybrid workspace and remote workforce will be the core changes that will be considered and redefined by organizations in Southeast Asia. According to IDC Future Enterprise & Resiliency Survey 2022, more than 85% of enterprises in Southeast Asia are planning to adopt hybrid-first work model to address changes in digital era. While enterprises are focusing on customer and operational excellence, digitally enabled environment also brings more understanding and awareness on security; with notably more than 80% of Southeast Asian organization have determined unified security first as new focus in digital-first strategy. The shift towards hybrid work model has created urgency to secure and protect digital work environment to be less exposed from security threats such as ransomware and data leak.

While more enterprises in Southeast Asia have started and redefined security programs and priorities to embrace new ways of work within organization, the lack of expertise and know-how remain the major challenges faced by organizations in Southeast Asia in embracing digital work environments.
