It was about 30 years ago that modern technology started infiltrating our businesses in the form of email and the internet. Today, technology has embedded itself in all facets of the business from back end data processing, to front end customer facing roles (hello, robots!), and our lives. It is this ubiquity of technology affecting the way we live, learn, work and play, that has led us to IDC LIVE.

We believe that technology is a team sport. That the responsibility of technology no longer falls into the hands of a single individual or business unit. However, we also realise that each business unit has specific technology needs and requirements.

IDC LIVE is how we explore how we can work together - within our teams, within our organisations, within our industries – to create ecosystems that positively affect the lives of others in our communities, while still addressing the individual business unit’s technological requirements.
