Born in Nicosia on the 21st of May 1952. Graduated the Pancyprian Economic Lyceum of Nicosia in 1970. Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computers and Management from the State University of New York and an MSc in Public Sector Management from the Cyprus International Institute of Management.

Jerome Salem joined IDC CEMA in 2009 as a program manager in the IT Services Department for Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He is responsible for analyzing trends and for forecasting the complete range of IT services, from support services, systems integration, outsourcing services (including offshore services) to business services and solutions.
