Overview

IDC offers regularly updated data on end-user spending on various types of telecommunications and IT services by region/country, by sector/industry, and by company size. This data is presented quarterly and semiannually in our Spending Guides.  Telecom companies can use them both to assess the current state of the market and the five-year prospective for generating revenue from certain services or technologies. In addition, Spending Guides allow market players to evaluate revenue opportunities in new markets in terms of introducing innovative services or expanding your portfolio (Internet of Things, cloud technologies, data analytics, and others). For such new markets, a database of technology use case by industry may be of particular interest.

During the webinar, you will learn about our standard, regularly updated, Spending Guide databases, which we would like to introduce to telecom operators.  We will also show examples of market modeling projects for specific tasks of telecommunications and digital service providers. This will demonstrate the potential of IDC research, which you can use to answer your questions and solve your challenges.
