IDC's new Future of Work Summit set-up is complemented by a series of Future of Work Academy sessions that seek to dive deeper into the four pillars or requirements defined by the new era of FoW. They will investigate aspects of organizational set-ups and employee experiences, and how technologies will nourish (and enable) this living organism to succeed in the new era by addressing these critical needs:



September 16th from 9:30 - 11:00: Connectedness

The 3rd Academy Session will teach you Connectedness for internal alignment and growth with external ecosystems


 December 2nd from 9:30 - 11:00: Innovation

The 4th Academy Session will deal with Innovation and "the art of the possible" to thrive in changing conditions.
