Chris Chute, VP, SMB Cloud and Mobility research, at IDC, said that the growing use of mobile and cloud resources is changing the levels of productivity that SMBs are achieving. Chute says, "As we look at the next generation of SMB workers, the millennials, and how they are working, it is clear that the next five years will see these firms reach new levels of efficiency and effectiveness, tilting an already leveling competitive playing field from large enterprises toward SMB advantage."
