This IDC study describes the key drivers of SMB IT and business decision makers as they acquire and deploy advanced technology resources in the changing competitive environment. IDC's 10 predictions for the SMB market are presented to provide guidance to technology providers about overall market direction and the forces that will influence the extent and nature of new technology deployment.
