This IDC study lays out a framework of 10 transformations that IT solution providers (i.e., VARs, MSPs, SIs, and ISVs) in Asia/Pacific (excluding Japan) (APEJ) have to address in the years ahead to be successful.
"Partners in 2020 will look quite different from partners in 2015," says Chris Morris, Vice President of APEJ Cloud and Services Group. "Partners too entrenched in current behaviors will find the necessary transitions difficult. Maintaining the status quo will be a failing strategy for IT solution providers. The hard part is that the market conditions which are forcing all these transformations are happening all at once. This is a very interesting and challenging time to be an IT solution provider."
