Abstract

This IDC Survey Spotlight presents data from the IDC Asia/Pacific APEJ Artificial Intelligence Enterprise Adoption Survey 2018. The survey is in the second year of running, covering 502 respondents from 10 APEJ countries and 6 industries — (1) financial services, (2) manufacturing, energy and resource, (3) communication, media and transportation, (4) wholesale, retail and service, (5) public sector, and (6) healthcare.

The selected data cuts give the adoption overview of organizations in the public sector, including also adoption barriers, drivers, and popular use cases.
